2. scope of application
This privacy policy provides information about the processing of personal data when visiting and using our web shop www.chlorelladrray.ch.
It is based on the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), insofar as deliveries are made to the EEA (e.g. Liechtenstein).
3. collection and storage of personal data
a) When you visit the website
When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files:
– IP address, date and time of access
– browser type and version, operating system used
– referrer URL and host name
This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website.
b) Cookies
We use cookies to ensure the functionality and user-friendliness of our web store. Technically necessary cookies are always active.
On your first visit, a cookie banner appears in which you can agree to optional services or reject them.
c) Customer account
You can create a customer account if you wish. We store the data you enter (name, address, e-mail address, password) for contract processing and convenient management of your orders.
d) Orders and contract processing
To process your order, we process:
– billing and delivery address
– products ordered, payment method
– e-mail address and telephone number (for queries or shipping notification)
Data processing is carried out to fulfill the contract (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a revDSG / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
e) Payment and shipping
In our webshop, payment is currently made exclusively by invoice.
You will receive an invoice with the payment information after completing your order.
We process your payment data directly. No payment data is passed on to external payment service providers.
All information required for invoicing and accounting (name, address, e-mail if applicable) will be processed for contract processing and stored for 10 years in accordance with the statutory retention periods pursuant to Art. 958f OR.
Shipping service provider
The ordered products are delivered by:
– Swiss Post
– DPD Switzerland
For this purpose, we transmit the following data to the respective shipping service provider:
– Surname and first name
– Delivery address
– E-mail address or telephone number if applicable (for tracking or delivery notification)
The transfer takes place exclusively for the delivery of your order and is based on the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a revDSG.
4. google services & web analytics
We use the following services of Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Dublin 4, Ireland):
a) Google Tag Manager
For the management of website scripts (e.g. Analytics, Ads). The Tag Manager does not store any personal data.
b) Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
For anonymized analysis of user behavior on our website.
– IP addresses are shortened (IP anonymization)
– Server location is in the EU
– Event data is stored for 2 months, user data for 14 months
c) Google Ads conversion tracking
To measure the success of our advertisements on Google. A temporary cookie is set (30 days).
Note on data transfer to the USA
Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. / CH-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In addition, standard contractual clauses (SCC) are applied.
You can revoke your consent to these services at any time via the cookie banner.
5th Newsletter (planned)
We are planning to send out a newsletter. In future, registration will be by double opt-in. A specific mailing service provider has not yet been determined. This statement will be updated as soon as the mailing is active.
6. social media & external content (planned)
No social media plugins (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) are currently integrated.
A later integration will be carried out in compliance with data protection regulations with a 2-click solution and user consent.

8. hosting and security
Our website is hosted by:
Loulema GmbH (Switzerland) – Server location: Switzerland.
All data is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS/TLS.
All systems are regularly updated and protected.
9. recipients of data
We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of orders (e.g. shipping service providers, accounting), the use of technical services (e.g. Google, hosting) or legal obligations.
10. data transmission abroad
Transmission to third countries only takes place within the framework of Google services (see above), secured by the CH-/EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
11. obligation for EU/EEA representation (Art. 27 GDPR)
As we also deliver to Liechtenstein, we are currently reviewing the obligation to appoint a GDPR representative in the EEA. A representative has not yet been appointed. The contact details will be published here as soon as the appointment is made.
12. your rights
You have the following rights:

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
