General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Sonasenz GmbH, Ammereweg 1, CH-3114 Wichtrach
1 Scope of application and conclusion of contract
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store www.chlorelladrray.ch by customers resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. By submitting the order, the customer confirms that he has read these GTC and agrees to them.
1.2 Deviations from these GTC are only valid if they have been agreed in writing.
1.3 Should any provision of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
1.4 The purchase contract is concluded as soon as Sonasenz GmbH sends a written order confirmation by e-mail or the goods are delivered.
2. prizes
2.1 All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be charged additionally and shown during the ordering process.
2.2 Sonasenz GmbH reserves the right to make price changes at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date shall apply to the customer.
3. terms of delivery
3.1 Delivery is made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
3.2 The shipping costs depend on the order quantity and are calculated and shown during the ordering process.
3.3 Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post or, in the case of larger quantities, by a forwarding agent. The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days. Delays do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract.
3.4 The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. The customer is liable for any additional costs resulting from incorrect address details.
4. terms of payment
4.1 Payment shall be made by invoice. The invoice shall be sent together with the goods. The invoice amount is payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deductions.
4.2 In the event of late payment, a maximum of 2 reminders will be sent. Thereafter, Sonasenz GmbH reserves the right to initiate debt enforcement proceedings.
5. right of return
5.1 The customer may return unopened goods in their original packaging to the following address within 14 days of receipt of the delivery:

5.2 The return shipment is at your own expense and responsibility. Please enclose the delivery bill or a copy of the invoice.
5.3 After checking the returned products, the value of the goods will be refunded to a bank account specified by the customer within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
6 Liability and warranty
6.1 The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt and to report any defects by e-mail within 5 days.
6.2 In the event of justified defects, Sonasenz GmbH shall offer the purchaser a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
7. data protection
The handling of personal data is regulated in the separate privacy policy, which is available at www.chlorelladrray.ch.
8 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
8.1 All legal relationships shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law or the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
8.2 The place of jurisdiction is Berne.
